  1. This app has been updated on July 14, 2010. It is guaranteed to work on both iPhone iOS 4.0 and iPod Touch iOS 4.0.

I encourage every customer to do an update!

  2. Does this app strip the metadata from the images? Such as GPS info?

  3. Hi Mike,

No the app does not strip the metadata from the images. It copies the original images for download by the user, no stripping of any kind occurs.

    Thank you.

  4. This app does not do multiple images as promised. I want a refund and to tell others of this problem. It is not the money as much as the aggravation caused by this non functioning app.

  5. Hi John,

Please describe your problem so that it can be fixed. Many users are reporting that it works for them.

  6. well, my problem ist, the app is saying, there are no photos/videos in the camera roll (or even on the iphone), even when i have made new photos.
the app is not able to find my photos!

  7. Hi,

You must turn ON "Location Services" in order for the app to work properly.

    Go to "Settings" app,
    then "General"
then "Location Services". (4th one on the list)

"Location Servies" needs to be "ON".
If this is ON, look below the list and see if you have "WifiPicsVids".
    This should also be ON.

  8. location services are already "on"
but wifipicsvids is NOT listing !

    (iPhone 4, iOS 4.2.1)

  9. The new update for iOS 4.2.1 will fix those issues. Thank you for your patience.
